Welcome to use Zaylo AI Chat Application! Before using our services, please read this User Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully. This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between you and Zaylo regarding the use of the services. By accessing or using the Zaylo application and its related services (the “Services”), you indicate your consent to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Services.
1. ZayLo: Refers to the entity providing this AI chat application and related services.
2. User: Refers to an individual or entity using the Zaylo services.
3. User Content: Refers to any text, images, audio, video, and other information uploaded, posted, or transmitted by the user during the use of the Services.
1. Service Provision: Zaylo provides users with AI chat services, including but not limited to natural language interaction, information query, content generation, and other functions. We will make every effort to ensure the stability and availability of the Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will not be interrupted or malfunction.
2. Usage Rules
◦ Users are required to comply with laws, regulations, and social ethics and shall not use the Services for any illegal, (violation of regulations) or infringing acts that violate the legitimate rights and interests of others.
◦ It is prohibited to use automated tools, scripts, or other improper means to interfere with the normal operation of the Services, or to conduct malicious attacks or tampering on the Services.
◦ The Services shall not be used for commercial purposes, such as advertising promotion, marketing, etc., unless prior written permission from Zaylo is obtained.
1. Account Registration and Management
◦ Users are required to register an account with true and valid information and shall be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the account information.
◦ Users should properly keep the account and password and be responsible for all activities conducted using this account. If the user discovers that the account has been stolen or there are security risks, the user should notify Zaylo in a timely manner.
◦ It is prohibited to register an account by impersonating others' identities or using false identity information for registration.
1. Content Ownership: The user owns the ownership of the User Content uploaded and posted by the user. However, by using the Services, the user grants Zaylo the following rights.
2. Authorization License: The user grants Zaylo a worldwide, non - exclusive, sub - licensable, and free license to use, store, modify, display, and disseminate the User Content, solely for the purpose of providing the Services to the user and improving the service quality. Without the user's further consent, Zaylo will not use the User Content for any other purposes.
3. Content Review: Zaylo has the right to review the User Content. If it is found that the User Content is illegal, violates regulations, or violates this Agreement, Zaylo has the right to take measures such as deletion and blocking, and shall not be liable to the user for any reason. The user shall be responsible for the legality and compliance of the User Content.
1. Privacy Policy: Zaylo attaches great importance to user privacy. For specific privacy protection measures, please refer to the Zaylo Privacy Policy. This policy is an important part of this Agreement and has the same legal effect as this Agreement.
2. Information Collection and Use: Zaylo will only collect the user information necessary for providing the Services and will use, store, and protect it in strict accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. Without the user's consent, Zaylo will not disclose the user's personal information to third parties.

ZayLo's Intellectual Property Rights: Zaylo owns the intellectual property rights of the Services and related software, technologies, and content, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, etc. Users shall not infringe upon ZayLo's intellectual property rights and shall not conduct reverse engineering, decompilation, cracking, or other similar acts on the Services.
2. Users' Intellectual Property Rights: The user owns the intellectual property rights of the User Content created by the user, but grants Zaylo the license rights specified in this Agreement.
1. Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaylo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, loss of profits, etc.
2. Disclaimer: Zaylo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information obtained by users through the Services. Zaylo shall not be liable for service interruptions or inability to use the Services normally caused by force majeure, network failures, third - party actions, or other reasons.
1. Agreement Amendment: Zaylo has the right to modify this Agreement according to business development and changes in laws and regulations. The modified Agreement will be announced within the Zaylo application and will take effect from the date of announcement. If the user continues to use the Services, it means that the user agrees to be bound by the modified Agreement.
2. Service Termination: The user has the right to stop using the Services at any time and may apply to cancel the account. When Zaylo discovers that the user violates this Agreement or laws and regulations, Zaylo has the right to terminate providing services to the user without prior notice and has the right to delete the user's account and related data.
